International Orders

BioWare is pleased to accept orders from customers outside Canada and the USA. International customers should take note of the following:

Customs, duties and brokerage fees: Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties upon delivery of the order - these charges and fees are not included in the shipping and handling fee charged by BioWare. Refusal to pay these charges when your order arrives will result in the shipment being returned to BioWare, and BioWare will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. As such, BioWare cannot issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of the order if the customer refuses to pay the customs fees.

Customs delays: orders will occassionally be delayed and opened for inspection by customs officers. BioWare cannot predict when such delays will occur. If the typical delivery time of 6-8 weeks has passed and you have not received your order, please check with your local customs office as they may be holding the order pending payment of the customs fees.

Shipping Methods: BioWare has chosen to ship international orders (orders outside Canada, the USA, Hawaii and Alaska) via Canada Post Surface Parcel. This method is economical for the customer but does not include tracking of the package and will typically take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
