How to Purchase Downloadable PC Games

Making a purchase of any of the Downloadable PC Games available from the BioWare Online Store is safe, secure, and easy. Just follow these steps:

To view available Downloadable PC Games, click on the PC Games button located at the top left of the screen.

You will be taken to the Product Listing page, which will display all available Downloadable Games and product bundles.

For more information on a specific Downloadable Game, click on its name.
Once you have chosen a Downloadable Game to purchase click Add to Cart or Buy as gift. (Please note that some product bundles are not available to buy as a gift.)
A small window named Shopping Cart will popup informing you that the module or Gift Code has been added to your cart.
When you purchase a Downloadable Game it is important to ensure that you meet the requirements. If you are unsure of what the requirements are for a Downloadable Game please check them by clicking the meet the requirements link in the shopping cart window.
If you wish to make additional purchases, click the Continue Shopping link and repeat the purchase process for either an additional BioWare Premium Module or Gift Code.
If you want to conclude your shopping trip, click the Proceed to Secure Checkout button.

After pressing Proceed to Secure Checkout, you will then be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you will be able to review the details of your purchase.
When satisfied with your cart contents click Proceed to Secure Checkout.

You will then be taken to the Login page.
The BioWare Community Name you're currently logged in with will be displayed as well as the e-mail address associated with the account. Please ensure that your e-mail address is current as this is where you will receive your receipt.
If you need to make changes to the information registered under your community click the Edit Account link and you will be taken to the Edit Account Details page.
Once you are satisfied that all account information is current and correct click the Continue button.

Take note of the Requirements to Play at the bottom of this page. Many Downloadable PC Games require an active Internet connection during a portion of the install process to facilitate registration and activation.
When you have finished registering reviewing the requirements to play click the Continue to Address link in the lower right-hand corner of the page to continue the checkout process.

On the Address page you will need to enter any required billing information from your credit card.
If you would like the BioWare store to remember your address, ensure that you check the proper radio button at the bottom of the page.
Once you are satisfied with the information you have entered click the Continue to Payment button.

On the Payment page you will see your Billing Information, shopping cart contents, and any applicable taxes.
You will have the opportunity to edit the shopping cart contents before final payment processing. You can do this by clicking the Edit shopping cart link.
If you are satisfied with the cart contents and all information you have entered up to this point, enter your payment details where requested.
Note that by using the Back button or by clicking on the top navigation bar you can return to a previous screen.
Once you have entered your payment details click the Complete Purchase button.
Also note that the IP address of your computer will be recorded with this transaction for fraud prevention and security purposes.

The Receipt page lists your receipt number below the word Receipt, a message stating the purchase has been successfully completed, as well as the e-mail address a copy of your receipt was sent to.
There are also download and installation instructions available that contain detailed instructions on how to get your new Downloadable PC Game downloaded and installed.
It is important to note that if your purchased PC Game uses a Registration Code that it will be listed on your online store receipt (not on the one sent via e-mail). If you ever need to retrieve your Registration Code you can view your receipts using the instructions in the Store help section.
Notice there is also a Download Now button below the Game and Registration Code information. Clicking this button will take you to the download page for it corresponding game.

From this page simply click the link to begin the download process.
Once the installer Setup file has been successfully downloaded simply run it to begin the installation process for your purchased game your purchased game.
