How to Install Neverwinter Nights Premium Modules

You have paid for the module and want to get playing! The process to get the module from the BioWare Online Store to your computer is fast and easy. Follow these steps to get your adventure up and running.

Note: Linux users should use the manual installation instructions.

  1. Click on the BioWare premium module you wish to download.
  2. If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed you may see a Security Warning:

  3. After the file is downloaded you will see the following screen if you're running Windows XP SP2.
  4. Click Run to continue.

  5. Click the Run button to continue.
  6. If you are NOT running Windows XP SP2 you will see the following screen after you click the download link for your premium Neverwinter Nights module.
  7. This will open the File Download screen:

  8. Click Open to continue.
  9. Once it is downloaded the BioWare premium module you have selected will begin the installation process.
  10. Setup will first verify the installer.

  11. When verification of the installer is complete, the first screen you will see after verifying the installer will have information regarding the game version, where to purchase, and a reminder to update your game with the latest patch.
  12. Click Next to continue.

  13. Please review the license terms before checking the "I accept the terms in the License Agreement".
  14. Click Next to continue the installation.

  15. Choose a Windows "Start Menu" folder name and location for the premium module.
  16. The default location is "Neverwinter Nights\Bioware Premium Modules"
  17. If you are satisfied with the Start Menu folder name click Install to continue.

  18. When the install process is completed you will see the message "Installation Complete" and the green bar will be full.
  19. Click Next to continue.

  20. Click the "Finish" button to exit the installation
