BioWare Download Manager Error Codes

1.01: Server List Not Found (Back to Top)
If you receive this error your internet connection may be unstable or inactive. Ensure you have internet connectivity and retry the download.
1.02: No Reachable Servers (Back to Top)
This error may be caused by firewall or router settings. The BioWare Download Manager does not usually require any special configuration. If you are using a software firewall please ensure that the BioWare Download Manager has permission to access the internet. If you have a router please ensure that port 80 is open.
1.03: File Not Found (Back to Top)
The file you are attempting to download is not present on any of the available servers. It may have been moved or renamed, click the link above the progress bar to return to the file’s download page and try again.
1.04: Access Denied (Back to Top)
The windows profile you are logged into does not have access to write in the directory you are attempting to save the file being downloaded. Recheck your permissions or choose another directory to download the file to.
1.05: Disk Full (Back to Top)
The drive you are attempting to download to lacks the space required to hold your download, free up some space on the drive or choose another download location.
1.06: Name Resolution Error (Back to Top)
There may be an issue with your internet connection, please ensure you have internet connectivity and retry the download.
1.07: Request Timed Out (Back to Top)
There may be an issue with your internet connection, please ensure you have internet connectivity and retry the download.
1.08: Fatal Error (Back to Top)
There was an unknown error when running the BioWare Download Manager, please retry your download.
