BioWare uses flat-fee shipping charges for all shipments.

USA and Canada: Expedited Parcel Service (7-10 business days) at a flat charge of $9.95 USD per order.

International: Canada Post Surface Parcel (6-8 weeks) at a flat charge of $24.95 USD per order.

Shipping prices include packaging and handling costs.

1.02: Where does my order ship from? (Back to Top)

Stock permitting, Canadian orders will ship from our distribution center in Toronto, ON, and American orders will ship from Buffalo, NY. International shipments will ship from Toronto, stock permitting.

1.03: How often do you ship? (Back to Top)

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days depending on order volumes.

1.04: Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? (Back to Top)

No. Shipments are sent via courier and must therefore be sent to a physical street address. If you've accidentally placed an order using a P.O.Box address please contact BioWare Store Support and provide a street address for shipping. If your order has already shipped you can contact the courier (Canada Post or UPS) with your Tracking Number and have your package routed to an alternate address.

No. BioWare has selected a method of shipping that offers reliable, safe delivery of your order in an expediant fashion, while retaining a competitive customer freight charge.

1.06: Are international orders accepted? (Back to Top)

Absolutely! BioWare is pleased to accept orders from customers outside Canada and the USA. Please see the international orders section of Help and Support for full details.

1.07: Why are freight charges so high for international orders? (Back to Top)

BioWare ships all international orders from North America, and as such the associated shipping costs are higher.

1.08: What kind of packaging are items such as Lithographs and Posters shipped in? (Back to Top)

Posters and lithographs are rolled and shipped in a tube for protection. Lithographs are printed on considerably heavier stock and may be curled upon arrival. Please lay the lithograph flat and allow a couple of days for it to settle. Rolling the lithograph back the other direction can cause folds and creases.

Domestic Orders (U.S. and Canada):
To ensure delivery by December 25th, domestic orders (United States and Canada only) must be placed prior to December 3rd. Orders made after this date may not be delivered prior to December 25th.

International Orders:
To ensure delivery by December 25th, international Orders must be received by BioWare prior to November 5th. Orders placed after this date may not be delivered prior to December 25th.
