Try to download the module again; ensure that the process is not interrupted. If this is an ongoing issue, look into using a download manager.

Yes, you can download modules you have purchased at any time. Log into the BioWare Online Store and locate your personal Store Receipts page. All purchased digital content can be downloaded from the Store Receipts page as many times as you require. To navigate to your Store Receipts first log into the community site and select "My Account" then "Edit My Account". Under "BioWare Store" select "My downloads". You will then be taken to a page called "Your BioWare Store Downloads" that contains download links for each of the premium Neverwinter Nights modules you have purchased. Click the link and select "Open" to begin the download process.

Yes. After purchasing a premium module and payment has been confirmed, you will be able to download it right away.

1.04: Can I give the module to a friend who has purchased the game but has a slow connection and is concerned about downloading a large file? (Back to Top)

Yes, the module download is the same for everyone, so your friend can download the module at another machine, or if you have also purchased it you can share your download. Please Note: the module must be purchased with the same username and CD Key it will be played with. In other words, if you wish to purchase a module for your friend you must use your friend's Neverwinter Nights CD Key or the module will not work on your friend's computer.
