Redeeming a Gift Code: Step By Step

To redeem a Gift Code purchased at the BioWare Online Store, use the following steps:

1. Log into the BioWare Store with your login and password.
2. Click on the Redeem a Gift Code link found on the navigation bar on the right hand side of the page.
3. You will then be taken to a page with the title Gift Code.
4. Enter the Gift Code you wish to redeem and press the Submit button.
5. If the Gift Code is valid you will see the message: "You are about to redeem the following Gift Codes:" and then a listing of any Gift Codes you have entered up to this point. Press the Proceed to Login button to continue the process.
6. If the Gift Code is not valid you will see the message: "The Gift Code you entered was invalid." Check the Gift Code you entered for accuracy and re-enter it.
7. If you see the message: "The Gift Code you entered has already been redeemed," then the Gift Code you entered has already been redeemed by another user. If you feel this is in error visit the Contact Customer Support web page and contact customer support.
8. If you are already logged in your account name will be displayed below the text: "You are logged in as:"
9. If you need to update any account information press the Edit Account button to be taken to the Edit My Account page.
10. If you are certain that your account information is accurate press the Continue to Billing button.
11. If you do not have a valid Neverwinter Nights CD-Key registered under your currently logged in account you will have the opportunity to enter one on the Requirements page. If you wish to be able to retrieve your CD-Key from the BioWare Community Site ensure that you check the box next to Register this key and allow me to retrieve it. (If you have already registered your Neverwinter Nights CD-Key with your account skip this step.)
12. Notice there is an "X" to the left of the message "You must fill in all of the requirements before continuing."
13. Press the Authorize CD key button to continue the process.
14. Once your CD-Key has been authorized you will see a checkmark beside the message "You meet all of the requirements."
15. Press the Complete Your Redemption button.
16. The Receipt page lists your receipt number, the email address the receipt was sent to, and a message stating: "The Gift Code has been redeemed. The purchaser of the Gift Code has also been informed."
17. There are also download and installation instructions available that contain detailed instructions on how to get your new BioWare Premium module installed.
18. It is important to note that the CD-Key a purchased module is associated with will be listed on your store receipt (not on the one sent via email). If you ever need to check which CD-Key a module is associated with you can view your receipts using the instructions in the Store help section
19. Notice there is also a Download Now button below the Module and CD-Key information, clicking this button will begin the download process for its corresponding module.
